Consists of two components:

-Component A - resin

-Component B - hardener

Component ratio by weight 100:66 - 100g(A) and 66g(B)

!After connecting the components, thoroughly mix the composition for 3-5-7 minutes, depending on the volume, carefully collecting along the walls and bottom of the plastic cup. The composition should become transparent and "threads" of the substance should not stretch behind the spatula. Upon completion, we recommend pouring into a clean glass and stirring additionally to avoid accidental unmixing.

* We do not recommend storing the resulting mixture in a large volume (more than 0.5) for longer than 25 minutes, strong heating and polymerization of the resin is possible.

NOTES:

Component ratio

After the two components are combined, an irreversible polymerization reaction occurs. It is important to strictly observe the proportions of both components of the mixture, as this affects the properties of the final material.

Workplace

The venue must be equipped with supply and exhaust ventilation or ventilated

Air humidity

It is not recommended to use the composition at high air humidity - its condensation is possible.

The presence of moisture on the surface leads to disruption of the polymerization process and deterioration of the polymer properties.

Curing temperature

The connection of the resin with the hardener should be carried out at a temperature of 18-22°C

The lower the air temperature, the slower the curing process and the longer it will take. With a decrease in temperature by 10C, the curing time can increase by 2 times. Also, at elevated temperatures, the polymerization process is accelerated.

Fill thickness

The recommended coating thickness is not more than 10 mm. in one technological approach

Restrictions

Persons under the age of 18, as well as pregnant and lactating women, are NOT allowed to work with resins and hardeners.

PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES:

Art Resin LAB epoxy resins are safe to use provided

all necessary measures. This will warn you against such

consequences like:

-Skin irritation

-Eye irritation

-Allergy

-Food poisoning

-Poisoning by fumes and dust from grinding

To prevent negative consequences, it is necessary to adhere to

the following rules:

-Avoid direct contact with hardeners, epoxy, sanding dust as this may cause moderate to severe skin irritation.

-Provide yourself with protective clothing, a respirator, nitrile gloves, goggles, a hat or scarf, sleeves, an apron.

-For additional safety, it is recommended to use protective creams and ointments.

-Solvents are not recommended for removing resin from skin. If epoxy, hardeners, or sanding dust come into contact with skin during handling, use baby wipes and/or wash the affected area with warm soapy water.

-After washing, dry your hands with a disposable paper towel, and then lubricate them with a soft, greasy ointment based on lanolin, petroleum jelly or castor oil.

-Only in the case of significant contamination of the hands with epoxy resin, a minimum amount of acetone is allowed to clean them. Various toxic solvents are not allowed for this purpose.

-If any of the components or sanding dust gets into your eyes, rinse them immediately with warm water. If after that you feel pain, burning in the eyes, seek medical help.

-If you develop a skin rash while working with epoxies, mixes and hardeners, stop working with these materials for a while.

-If the problem reappears upon repeated contact, seek medical attention.

-Avoid swallowing epoxy or sanding dust.

-Wash your hands thoroughly after work, especially before eating.

STORAGE CONDITIONS:

-Store in a tightly closed container at a temperature not exceeding 30°C at a distance of at least 1 meter from heating devices. Keep away from moisture and direct sunlight.

-We strongly recommend that you keep hardeners and epoxy out of the reach of children.
